Otra Referencia de Dios!

Welp the last one fell through. The Familia Hernandez has officially disappeared. They won't answer their phone and we've tried looking for them in Venezuela again with no success. It's a little sad. But I think the Lord blessed us for our efforts in trying to find them, because we have another reference from God. Her name? Senaida! She had our number from when the missionaries visited her over a year ago. She called us Saturday night just to see how we were doing. Of course we had no idea who she was or how she had our number so we asked her for the detailles and here we are! She's so amazing. She wants to learn more than anything. She loves the gospel (especially repentance), she wants to have an eternal family, and more than anything is willing to do whatever it takes to be apart of this amazing gospel. And she doesn't just say it, she shows it through action. She says the most wonderful prayers, she's read a lot of the Book of Mormon already, and she always asks when we'll be able to meet again. The only problem is that she can't come to church due to work issues. So we'll see how we figure that out. But really I love these references from God. They have so much desire it's incredible and really a little breath of fresh air. Here in Vista Hermosa we don't have a whole lot of time to go out and teach people becuase we're at the temple for most of the time. But the Lord knows, so he helps out every once in a while. It's nice. Anyway sorry. I'm just really excited.

In other news this week was a busy one. It felt extremely long. I ate at one of my favorite burger places (Del Puente), we had Mission Council and I ate me some chicken nuggets with the leaders of the zone (Us, the ZL's, and the Sister Leaders), we went to Venezuela again and I saw my mama hongo y mi Avilez, mixed traditional with traditional (mac & cheese y arroz, frijoles, y platanos fritos), saw one of my favorite chaparrita families from Vene en el Templo (I'm a giant.) and I had fun with my compita. There you have the semana! Tada! Haha anyway my gente I love you! I hope you enjoyed this weeks small snippet! I shall talk to you all next week! Nos vemos!

P.S. If you want to see what I do as a temple sister just look at the Rome Italy Temple Tour video that Elder Bednar and Elder Rasband gave and that's pretty much what we do. Like almost word for word. Only we walk around the outside of the temple and we only go inside the lobby. It's cool being ahead of the game. JK anyway It's a cool video. You'll like it.
