My goodness. This week went by so fast I feel like it didn't even happen. I'll explain it through pics because that's easier. And hopefully you'll all get them. If not I'm sorry. But not really.
This week I hung with my Vale. She loves me like my sisters love me and it makes me miss them. But whenever I see her she is constantly holding my hand and sitting on my lap. And I love her a ton. It's sad that I'll probably be leaving her soon. Anyway we also went to mutual and I had a chica play the cello for me. Or some relative of the cello.
Then we cleaned a park as a zone (menos Guajitos). This little boy Daniel came to play but when he saw us cleaning he immediately started to help us and he practiced his English with me and it was the cutest thing. I love how willing to serve the children are here.
Then we had the baptism of Luisa. It's amazing what listening does. She's been seeing the missionaries for literally years. But just becuase we listened and were supportive and loving during her hard times she could feel the love and light of Christ in her life and decided to be baptized. And we visited her this week after the baptism and it was amazing to see the change. She was so much happier and had so much hope in her eyes. I love that the gospel really does bring happiness. It's amazing.
And then we went to the temple with Gabriela and Jorge. The parents of our recent converts Cristy y Jorge. They really enjoyed it and they left with a desire to someday be an eternal family. They lost their Mom/Grandma recently and it's been a really hard time for them. But I love that through the plan of our heavenly father we can all be together again. The knowledge of that plan is partially why I'm here on the mission. Because I know that plan brings so much joy and comfort in times of hardship that I want others to have that kind of knowledge. So I'm here to try and share that with people. So they can have that kind of strength and comfort when they need it.
Anywawy we had a NDH or in English a FHE with a family and their neighbor. That was cool. They have a son who recently returned from his mission in Columbia. And he's super pilas. Always giving us references and contacting people for us. It's cool. And makes our lives a little easier. Why can't all members be like that?
And to finish I found a milipede as long as my finger and a geko. And we celebrated Townsend's B-day. I swear my group of elders are so weird. Like I just mentioned it was my bro's b-day soon and they went all out and put it as part of the announcements and wrote it all big on the board. But anyway.....HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOWNSEND! And yeah that was my week. Sometimes I feel like my life is normal. But then I realize I see gekos, centipedes, and freaking nasty spiders that would make my mom scream on a regular basis. And I remember that I eat beans and tortillas literally everyday. And yeah. My life isn't normal. But it's fun. And it's an adventure. And it's like God knows me and my strong desire to travel, live, and experience the cultures of different countries. I dig it. Welp my pueblo that's all I've got for you. Ciao for now!

P.S. Sorry I'm super random this week. I'm like dying of sleepiness as I write this. So we'll blame it on that or something.
